I recently had a very disappointing experience at all about laptop in croydon, I brought my laptop in to have the hard drive removed for backup purposes. The owner initially quoted me a reasonable price of £30 for both the removal and reinsertion.

However, when I returned to pick up my laptop, the owner suddenly demanded additional payment, claiming that the price had changed. Despite the clear initial agreement, he was extremely rude and insisted that I pay the extra fee or leave my laptop with him.

I strongly advise anyone considering using this shop to think twice. The owner's unprofessional and dishonest behavior is a major red flag. I will be reporting this incident to the relevant authorities and leaving a negative review on all online platforms.

Not only was the owner's behavior unacceptable, but he also made it clear that he would not allow me to reinsert the hard drive myself, even though I had the necessary technical knowledge. This is a clear indication of a lack of customer service and a willingness to take advantage of customer
