Aliyas Beauty Salon

My experience at this salon has always been positive, I have had eyebrow threading/tint, gel manicure and pedicure and facials and have always been very happy with the outcome. The customer service has always been great, I have always felt comfortable and relaxed and the prices are very good, very affordable compared to other salons. I will definitely be back and will continue coming to Aliyas regularly.

Absolutely disgusting... my eyebrows are scabbed and burnt!!! I asked for a medium tint but the lady couldn’t be bothered to mix a new tint and gave me dark I asked for a patch test the said no and now I’m left with scarred and scabby brows... please do not come here!!

I did not enjoy my experience here....i went to get my eyebrows tinted and shaped. I walked in without an appointment and was ushered immediately to a chair....so far so good right?! wrong!! The customer service here was awful, i felt like a battery hen...in and out as quick as possible, no care taken at all, the customer service was shockingly bad! There was no consultation what so ever, I asked for a medium brown tint....my eyebrows are the same color as when i walked in, the only good point was the woman who did the threading created a good shape (hence a 2star review instead of 1) despite the lack of conisederation for client wishes or comfort! salon was grubby, unkempt and i Inviting! I would definitely not visit again....worst salon experience ever!
