Expensive

My 85 year old mother was overcharged for 20 minutes work. Cost £120 for supplying a power supply box and labour of 20 minutes. Hugely expensive when the power supply box can be bought on ebay for £20. So labour cost her £100 for 20 minutes work. I rang on her behalf to ask for a breakdown for "Re-connection" and he refused and shouted at me and got really aggressive and hung up. I rang back and he hung up. So no after sales service either. Won´t be using his services ever again and will not be recommending him.

“I disagree with this review, I have never ripped anyone off I paid £37 plus vat for the power supply and I also re cabled from the amplifier which you never mentioned in your review and me and my son were there for over 45 minutes for any potential customers reading this just look at my 230+ reviews to see we are a good reputable company this also shows this is not a true reflection of myself or my company.”

i was really stuck for a arerial fitter rang this company they were at my home with 10 minutes job done in 15 mins, fast friendly service. would highly recommend,
