Aggressive man and let down
1This Lady has hired from us in the past, it was agreed the evening before I would be delivering at around 9-9.30pm, when we arrived we found the original side access gate was now bricked up, speaking to the customers earlier I asked for clear side access,, we were then asked to lift it over the border of plants and front garden, we would not attempt to do this i was then asked to wheel it through the house, we also don't do this, We were then asked to take it down a driveway and wait while a fence panel was removed, we refused, Please see copy of her texts below, Yes it's all clear down the side of the house or if it's not wide enough you can come through the house. Can you call when you're outside x I am sorry, I don't expect you to come back but it was a genuine mistake and my girls and all their friends will be upset tomorrow. i would have paid extra, last year my husband lost his job and I did tell you this that's why I asked about the price.
