Alex was suggested to me by a friend who was seeing her. I'd just come out of a long term relationship that had ended suddenly; leaving me questioning my purpose and ultimately who I was as a person.
She helped me look at life from a different perspective and to understand myself in more depth. She gave me the tools to look at my past and move forwards with clarity.
I couldn't recommend Alex more highly! If you're prepared to do the work, you certainly won't be disappointed with all there is to discover about yourself and the joys of life.

Having had a string of awful life changing events in a short period of time I was under a cloud and could not see the sun anymore.

We worked through each event until they were complete and put to rest. Like I say, I found my way back to me. Friends and family can see the huge difference it has made to me and how I now have my strength back.

Having had councillors in the past that were a complete waste of time, I could not recommend Alex more highly. She is phenomenal. If you are thinking of therapy I would very much recommend it, but of course, with Alex!

She put me at ease, gives me great advice, and she has so much knowledge & experience which makes you feel like you’re in safe hands. She has completely changed my perception of what I thought therapy was, and I continue to progress with her support.
