Quoted in Jan 2017, work not done until Oct 2017 as I had to wait to be fitted in. Door arrived and was a massive 6 cms too small, yes true craftmanship this. They bodged a repair by placing a plank of wood in the gap - this is a £1800 door!!!! The door was then left as is and I was ensured a plasterer would be out to finish the job, eight months on of continual promises, emails and let downs I am still waiting. All the while they have been sending me threatening letters for payment, you think I am going to pay for a job you haven't finished? What a joke of a company, their Director was asked to contact me too after he returned from his holiday, has he contacted me? Of course not, the Director will also treat any complaints with the contempt. I would not touch this firm with a barge pole, I should have trusted the other poor reviews and gone elsewhere. See you jokers in court.

Work was carried out to the letter regarding plans. The Company was amenable and very helpful, carrying out work with regard to detail. There was some delay and extended work caused by there being no earth and all the wires having to be traced which did take a couple of days longer and therefore the bill was a bit higher. I was then confident that all was done to make the flat safe. I would definitely recommend this Company.
