They don't bother showing up to clean the bins when asked and even then the once they did clean my bin it was a job done that badly my neighbour offered to do it again.

I've used this service for years. I find the staff in Washington efficient and excellent in customer service/relations.

I had these guys cleaning my wheelie bin for some months then suddenly they stopped. After trying several time to reach their office i eventually managed to speak to someone who apologised and said that the list gets updated from time to time and sometimes customers drop off or are missed, i requested that i be put back on which she said she would do. This was a month ago and my wheelie bin has still not be cleaned on the past 2 bin days when it has been emptied. Not happy with their level of service so have once more tired to contact the office on both numbers stated but its just ringing no one answers...... fine way to run a business!!!!!! would not recommend at all
