Freesat pictures up and running - Hoorah!

The high winds took out my freesat stations. I rang Alders yesterday and the chap thought I might need a new dish. However, it turned out my dish was more modern than I thought and he only had to change one part. He was very pleasant and polite and wearing his mask. I am well pleased with the service I got. He turned up today at the time arranged - that doesn't often happen nowadays!

Never again !!!!!

I had an aerial put up by him which is a lovely addition to my chimney and nothing else, an ornament. It doesn't work, and it cost £140. Put up in the dark and took advantage of the fact my wife was on her own. The one he took down had been struck by lightening, but he couldn't show to me in daylight. It now appears the ornament is completely incorrect for life in Holland on Sea. I need a new one, but it won't be from him, guys a joke.

We took our TV in midday on Thursday and shortly after 2.00 we had a call to tell us what the problem was and how much to repair. Gave the go ahead for the work to be done and picked the TV up by 3.00
Amazing service, great quality of work. Would recommend this TV repairer. JM Clacton on sea.
