I offer sound healing in the forms of “Tibetan Sound Massage”, which uses various Tibetan singing bowls placed and played on the body with varying strokes and intensities. I also offer “Tuning Fork therapy” which uses a combination of different forks to help re-tune you relieving stress, anxiety, pain, headaches, PMS as well as increasing focus, energy and elevating mood.

I also offer “micro” massages such as Indian head massage. A seated massage for relief of stress and anxiety in shoulders, neck, jaw, face and scalp. Promotes relaxation, tension reduction, and a balance of energy in the upper chakras.

The hand, arm, leg and foot massage is a beneficial technique for R.S.I or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Repetitive movements puts strain on the tendons, ligaments and muscles and we can help to reduce fatigue, relieve aches and pains and encourage joint mobility. The leg and foot massage is great for more mature clients who may not be able to reach down to their lower extremities anymore. it can help improve circulation and flexibility.

Natural Face Lift Massage is a relaxing blend of Japanese and Indian facial techniques combined with acupressure and facial reflexology. This massage acts as a natural facelift helping you to look and feel younger as well as improving overall wellbeing. It promotes relaxation and improves tone and energy flow to the face, head and neck. Many of points used can help with digestion, immunity and stress relief. I also offer Indian head massage.

Reiki and Access Bars are two forms of energy healing that I offer along with cacao ceremonies combined with sound healing or guided meditations which can be for groups or individuals.
