Thank you again Alcura. After a minor communication problem Alcura delivered my medication on time as promised.
I had next day response from customer services when I needed confirmation of delivery details. No complaints from me.

Unreliable - get you medication somewhere else!

Alcura were suppose to deliver 3 shots of important medication for me. They are late, I have tried calling them and been kept on hold for over 40 mins waiting to hear from someone. They said my account has been closed and promised to get back with me with a solution. Instead of doing this - they just didn't. Leaving me with no medication and in chronic pain.

Discusting company!!! Meds are 5 weeks late and still no contact from alcura!!!!. Cannot get through on the phone it keeps you on hold and after 20mins auto disconects the line. emailed them and all i get is an auto response email or asking for my details nothing else. This company should be held up on criminal charges as they are denying people life saving medication or leaving patients in excurciating pain rendering them un able to work.

Waiting weeks for a delivery of my medications. Tried x 3 times to call them, only to be held in queue for over 30mins each time, ( Listing to unbearable music) eventually having to hang up, so still waiting for my meds

Weeks late on my delivery, again. Didnt call me until i left a message asking to be called back on certain days as i was in an area with no signal. They then ignored this and called me when i didnt have signal asking me to call them and wait in an hour long que for no one to pick up. When i finally got through the woman on the phone was extremely rude when i asked what was going on with the deliverys being late. When when my mum made comments about her attitude she angrily told me to "tell my wife not to interrupt"??? Refused to give her full name or spell it. After asking for a manager she said no and that she could only ask one to give us a call back. After then speaking to my mum directly she then accused her of swearing. Lucky that they record their calls. Still no sign of my delivery so im stuck in extreme pain and will most likely have to have emergency steroids. Thanks alcura. Never had this problem with health care at home.
