Alba Training is an RTITB, ITSSAR and ALLMI accredited fork lift operator and instructor training organisation in Glasgow, ITA funding accepted.

Alba Training provides ITSSAR, RTITB, LEEA and ALLMI Accredited training at our Training Centre in Cumbernauld or on-site throughout Scotland.

We have provide forklift training, instructor training and a wide variety of crane courses, including marine cranes, overhead cranes and lorry mounted cranes all over the UK.

We are accredited by RTITB and ITSSAR to conduct Instructor and Operator Training Courses.

We are accredited by ALLMI for lorry loader and slinger/signaller training.

We provide full and part time Lift Truck courses on Counterbalance, Reach, Bendi and Telehandler Trucks at our Forklift Training Centre.

We have over 30 years experience in the material handling industry.

ILA can be used to fund our telehandler refresher courses. The telehandler refreshers are RTITB accredited. This example shows the telehandler operator stacking at 3½ metres. The manitou telehandler is the one we normally use for our telehandler training courses.
Our counterbalance refresher courses are ILA funded and accredited by RTITB. They can be conducted in our training centre in Glasgow or on site across Scotland. In this example the operator is negotiating the chicane with the laden counterbalance lift truck.
Bendi, Reach and Counterbalance Courses are all eligible for ILA funding and are accredited by RTITB and ITSSAR. These are the three trucks at the training centre: A Bendi BN40 Pivot Steer, A Linde R14 Reach Truck and a Hyster E2.50 Counterbalance.
Our novice counterbalance training courses in Glasgow are eligible for ILA funding and are accredited by RTITB and ITSSAR. In this example the operator is stacking at high level (5 metres) for this particular counterbalance forklift.
Our reach truck refresher courses are eligible for ILA funding and can be conducted at our training centre in Glasgow or on-site across Scotland. In this example the operator is approaching the stack of pallets through the chicane.
We can convert your existing skills to counterbalance at our training centre in Glasgow or on site across Scotland. In this example the operator is placing a pallet into a restricted area.
The candidates are required to inspect the forklift for defects before their test on the refresher, conversion and novice operator courses.
Candidates are taught to stack pallets in industrial racking systems on all of our forklift training courses at our training centre in Glasgow.
