Prompt call after reporting problem. Source of problem identified and resolved at minimal cost. Felt confident that he knew what he was talking about and was not trying to make me spend more money than necessary. Would definitely recommend as a trustworthy engineer.

My 10yr old LG Washer/Dryer stopped working I contacted Mr. Ward on Thursday. After describing the problem with the machine, he diagnosed the fault. He came on Monday morning with the reqyired part and the fixed the machine. I have heard from friends that if he can't fix it ..... nobody can! I am a very happy customer.

Alan is one of life's gentlemen and not only responds promptly but does all that he can to save his customer's money by repairing individual parts rather than replacing a whole unit unnecessarily. He is not helped in this with increasingly digitised machines tied to the original manufacturer and their own (expensive) repair service. I have used Alan's services three times now, twice for laundry machinery and parts and once for an electric cooker. On each occasion his response and his service was outstanding. I cannot recommend him enough. He is a dieing breed.

Alan is a lovely man came out to have a look at my oven very quickly and repaired in no time will definitely be using again once the next thing breaks down, can’t recommend enough!

AMAZING service, Alan Ward came the next day and did a full check up on my washing machine/tumble drier which hadn’t passed the PAT test, his advice was so helpful. He was here quite a while but only charged me for a call out, it was so reasonable. I would 100% recommend Alan to everyone, he is a gentleman.
