Our Discovery 4 failed on the AutoRoute ,northern France. Having no help from the Land Rover dealers in France, Alan Smith Garages Derby came to the rescue. Josh talked me through a quick diagnostic, accompanied by photo images he sent me, and a faulty fuel pump was the culprit. We had our car transported to Derby, where Josh and his excellent team jumped on to it, although the workshop was at a 3 week loading, they managed to work extra hours and get the car repaired, we can now return to Rouen, to collect our caravan, costing 10 euro a day storage! Excellent all round service, This level of professionalism cannot be matched by the Global Land Rover network. Well done Josh and your team, we cannot thank you enough!!

I have a Range Rover Evoque and took it for MOT and service. Kept informed all day and even picked me up from work. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.
