Alan collected us late on a Saturday evening when our car broke down. He was friendly, helpful and arrived exactly when he said he would in spite of the very short notice. The car was immaculate and very comfortable and there was free wifi available in the car if we needed it. He drove us an hour and 20 minutes to Cardiff airport to collect a hire car however when we arrived, everywhere was closed. Alan waited while we tried to sort things out and then drove us all the way back and still kept the fare price we had agreed. He helped us find a hotel to stay overnight and sort out our travel arrangements home and even dropped a suitcase to us so we were able to pack our belongings for the flight home. Alan went out of his way to help us and I wouldn't use anyone else if I was ever in the area again. In a day of disasters when it felt like everyone was letting us down, Alan was a breath of fresh air with outstanding customer service - I cannot recommend his services highly enough!
