DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY INSURANCE WITH THEM - THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY BUT WILL IGNORE YOU IF YOU CLAIM OR MAKE ANY COMPLAINTS AND FIND ANY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY OUT!!! Also please be very careful as they have unfair terms in their policy, so it is will be virtually IMPOSSIBLE for you to have a “valid” claim. Can I urge all those who have also been mis-sold a policy to put a bad review about them to warn others and report them to the Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards, as they should be heavily fined by the FSA.

There is an emergency from last 10 hrs, we have a burst pipe the house is leaking. The home emergency cover is careless, everytime you call them they say our contractor will call you soon. 10 hrs and tenants are waiting, no water in the house, no electricity, its freezing cold.
If you are buying an insurance from them, think twice before buying home emergency with them!!!
