I wanted to Write this Review as a massive Thank you to the whole Team at Alan Batt for the fantastic, friendly and personal service my Family received during what proved to be the emotional sale of our Childhood Family Home.

I would especially like to thanks all the girls who took the calls, gave us updates and who took the time to phone us for a chat throughout the sale.

Poor customer service, incompetent and rude staff. Having spoken to Alan Batt himself, it is clear that this is a culture created by him. If you’re considering selling or buying a house with Alan Batt, seriously reconsider.

Very unimpressed with the conduct of this agent. Rang 15 minutes after a house was put up to let. Was told we had to wait 2 weeks to view the property because the current tenant was on holiday then 3 days before that date...the property is let by Alan Batt and we had no phone call to let us know.

This company recently advertised for a photographer to take photographs. A few of my friends (who are wedding photographers) we're interested. When they called up and negotiated a reasonable 'low' salary with the owner, it was declined. which was fair enough (although the salary statement does say 'negotiable'.
We negotiated the following.
* £10 per house (taking approximately 1 hour)
* £10 per hour editing (again only 1 hour allowed with editing)
* I have to provide my OWN EQUIPMENT
* I have to spend 2 hours in my own time (UNPAID) to be trained up by the architect photographer.
* Guaranteed to have at least 1 house PER WEEK to do.
As you can see, I was not happy with what this utter shambles of a company had to offer and naturally declined.
This company already has a zero star rating, so they won't be going for much longer UNLESS they start paying their staff a reasonable wage.

Alan Batts is greedy, dont give him your money!

Poor customer service. I have tried to view houses with this company and they are rude and you have to wait weeks to view properties and unless you do unsociable hours or don't work you can view a house between 9-2.30. If I was selling my house I would not recommend this company because people don't get the chance to view the house unless you can show them round. There are a lot better and friendly companies out there. Stay well away!!!
