this is the first time i went into al murads for some tiles
it was highly recommended by my tiler and to be honest the service i received could not have been any better, they took their time in explaining everything to me and were very helpful
i went to a few places before going into al murads and i was surprised by the variety that they had

Keep your eye on them. Un-trustworthy.

Bought 6 boxes (34 tiles 30cm x 10cm) of tiles (not 6 sq metres) to be picked up a few days later. The wife picked them up and when she got home there were 6 tiles missing - 1 from each box. She said they told her they had taken out 1 tile per box because each box was more than 1 sq metre. When I looked the coverage was written on the box and 33 tiles is 0.99 sq metre. How petty to steal 1 tile per box even if it was justified. Need some more to finish the job and I won't be getting then there!
