Aziz came to my property straight away exactly within the time frame he advised me on the phone.He came well prepared and got the job done efficiently and fast.I noticed that he came and put shoe covers on his shoes which was a bonus.He finished the job and left the area clean.I would use him again.I am extremely happy with the job.Other companies quoted an arm and leg Aziz was reasonable.

Saturday lunchtime - no lighting, upstairs and downstairs so called Al-Amin, who arrived within ten minutes and all working properly again within the hour.

Aziz came round to install an electric heater. He was super clear about what was required and did a fantastic and efficient job. Would not hesitate to call again for any further work.

Aziz came round promptly after being called. He quickly located the source of the issue and was able to provide a temporary solution, and gave helpful information about how to further proceed. He took 50 minutes to complete the work.

Efficient, professional, friendly and reasonable

All my freezers and boiler had just stopped working and I have an elderly vulnerable husband so was desperate to get it fixed. Called one company who promised to come that day then called to say they could not but would be there tomorrow morning. By 12.30 I rang to find the engineer would not be with me until 3 o'clock at the earliest. Cancelled call out and finally got through to Aziz who said he would be with me in 30 to 45 minutes. Aziz promptly arrived and was very friendly and soon sorted out the problem and also gave me a very reasonable price. He also arrived fully masked and wearing protective gloves and he told us to wash our hands thoroughly when he left. I cannot say how efficient and professional he was and I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will certainly use them again.
