If you require parts we will order them on your behalf and guarantee to give our customers retail price.

If your goods are not worth repairing, we will advise you honestly to replace the goods and provide you with advice of where best to make your purchase.

We will not fix something that we wouldn't repair for ourselves.

Mike is a very reliable, accommodating appliance engineer. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and in my view great value for money. Mike attended promptly, and even came back later when we didn’t hear the doorbell. After all, when your washing machine decides to let you down, you need it fixed urgently, which is where Mike is a great help and great diagnostics! Well worth 5 stars

Thank you Mike from Aktiv for your very prompt repair of my washing machine. I have used Mike's domestic repair service for years and he is always very prompt to attend the call out, often on the same day as he is out an about in our area. Mike is very knowledgeable, lets you know if your appliance is worth repairing, costs of parts and repairs, carries helpful equipment in the car, such as descaler and oven mats. Talks you through the repair, clean and efficient. The first port of call for me every time. 5*****
