After consuming my order my cousin and I were extremely unwell. We BOTH suffered with severe food poisoning. Even 24 hours after the food was eaten. After contacting the restaurant they did NOT once apologise for the harm they caused me or my unborn child. Food poisoning in pregnancy can cause miscarriage, still birth and pre-term labour. When I spoke to general manager I never got an “I’m sorry” NOT ONCE. They never even offered a refund. The supposed “general manager” then asked that I get a health professional to send them my details to confirm my reports of food poisoning which would ALSO break patient doctor confidentiality - which you’d think a manager of a restaurant would know.
They are unprofessional. Unsympathetic. And completely unreliable with no understanding of hygiene or customer service.
They don’t care about their customers and are clearly NOT following food hygiene procedures.
If you value your Health I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
