Akasha School of Yoga

Welcome to Akasha School of Yoga. Our intention is to provide students with a holistic practice that unites the body, mind and soul. The type of yoga we teach is Hatha yoga and we will work with a dynamic version, which means you will feel like you have “worked” your body at the end of the class. All our classes are suitable for everyone, no matter what age you are or what your fitness level may be. We encourage each individual to work at their own level. The class teacher will encourage people to leave their “egos” at the door. We want the environment in class to be as relaxed as possible so students will be encouraged to focus inwards with their practice which will mean the class will be non competitive or judgemental.
