They do not turn up even if pre-booked. and they do not answer the phone

booked a taxi and paid for it in advance and it never came. Even though I had paid in advance they did not turn up or answer the phone. Do not use this company for advance bookings!!!!

I’d give zero if I could. Charged me £30 from Winslow to CMK because they came from Buckingham! Most I’ve paid before is £18!! Avoid at all costs!

Charged more because driver didn't have change!!

Litreally had to pay more money because they didn't have the correct change???
Just got a taxi from swan pool to my home & i gave the money to my foster son to pay and jumped out the car, he came inside and said "the taxi driver didnt have 50p" so just essentially stole 50p extra? I know its only 50p, but its not really the point... he should have charged us 50p less if he didnt have the change, not 50p more..
Disgusting, taking advantage of a young boy.
