Adam is everything you could wish for in a professional tradesman. What a lovely guy. Adam restored an outside electricity supply to our pond and summer house and installed several sockets. Adam is polite, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely and tidy manner. He explained everything to us and his charge was completely reasonable. I LOST MOST OF MY ELECTRICS INCLUDING MY CENTRAL HEATING AND MY FREEZER AND FRIDGE/FREEZER ON EASTER BANK HOLIDAY. IT LEFT MESSAGES WITH 2 ELECTRICIANS TO NO AVAIL
I CONTACTED MY INSURANCE COMPANY WHO AGREED TO COVER THE CALL-OUT. I WAS TOLDAN ENGINEER WOULD CALL ME. 2 HOURS LATER ADAM CALLED AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD ARRIVE IN 40 MINUTES. HE DID SO. WITHIN MINUTES HE ISOLATED THE PROBLEM MY WASTE DISPOSAL UNIT. HE RESTORED POWER TO MY CENTRAL HEATING AND REFRIDGERATION IMMEDIATELY. HE TRIED VERY HARD TO RESTORE THE WASTE DISPOSAL UNIT TO USE. HE COULD NOT. BEFORE HE LEFT HE ENSURED THAT ALL THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS WERE FUNCTIONING. SUPERB SERVICE FROM A VERY POLITE YOUNG MAN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM
