AK Cleaning Services

Really disappointed, booked a deep clean for when I returned home from my holiday. I specifically asked them not to go in certain rooms on more than one occasion and they still ignored my requests as they thought they were just helping out. Arrived back to basically the same flat barely touched. More annoyed with myself for paying the invoice whilst away as took their word they had provided the service I had paid for, contacted Amy when I arrived home who asked for photos. I Sent the photos and received a reply stating Lauren admitted her mind was elsewhere and not on the job and that it hadn't been cleaned to their standards. Was offered a re clean and free clean which was of no use as I just done it myself. Disgusted that I've only been partially refunded as they state they used their equipment, supplies and fuel! Very disappointed with the standard of cleaning and the way my issue was handled. To still charge someone when you have admitted your staff didn't do the job Is ludicrous.
