I checked these reviews, as most people will, and saw that they were good; recommended even. They started and discovered the previous roofing we'd had done wasn't well done and recommended a full roof replacement - which we agreed to.
Things seemed to go well and we paid the outstanding balance before the scaffolding came down. With hindsight I should have gone up the scaffolding and checked more carefully.

However it's the aftermath of the experience that has led to me posting this 2* review.

They left the old eaves on the side of the drive, awaiting disposal. Despite promises these are STILL here; from March!
STILL not responding to phone calls or WhatsApp message.
The did not clear out the debris from the gutter which they left full of gunge, nails, screws, etc.
There is clearly a broken tile which they have yet to respond about and fix.

I used them a couple of weeks ago, they were very helpful, friendly, pleasant and respectful. They came to do our loft insulation due to having a serious problem caused by another builder. They came and gave us a quote in a decent time frame, they were also able to do the job earlier than expected. They dealt with the old insulation professionally and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Recently used AJS for the first time after reading some good reviews. Very good communication by the manager to provide a quote, booking the job and carry the work. Happy with roof work done. Would recommend AJS to anyone and I am already booking some other jobs with them. Thanks
