Very disappointed

Had a very poor experience. After having a problem with a Siemens washer/dryer after a chat on the phone I was advised to get an engineer to come. I was promised as I had 2 weeks before new tenants moved in that it would either be fixed or we could replace in that time. The engineer came and said I would either hear back that afternoon or the following day being a Saturday. I heard nothing and called on the Saturday afternoon to be promised someone would call right back. Nothing. I called on Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday by which time I was getting concerned due to time. I had no call back or reply to an email. On the Thursday the lady told me that they were very buisy and possibly it’s better to go elsewhere! I went to AO to get a new machine- good service. Very let down by AJL. They took £108 from me for the engineer visit and was then ignored. I shan’t use them and I’d advise anyway to be aware.

Large fridge freezer delivered up awkward steps and at best price

AJL delivered a new large fridge freezer up steps and through doorways. They had to unwrap it to get it through the doorways and they took great care to make sure neither it nor the house was damaged.

It was a Bosch product and AJL's price was less than a well known high street shop. Previously we had tried to get AO to deliver but they tried and failed due to the steps.

AJL also gave excellent advice about the choice of product and did a site inspection prior to delivery.

AJL were brilliant and whole-heartedly recommended.

Would Highly Recommend

Mark thanks to you and Kaye for dealing with my dishwasher repair that the manufacturer failed to fix. Was recommended by a neighbour. Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance, AA and AJL. A true emergency service!!!!!
