I have to admit, I’ve always been a pessimist when it comes to alternative therapy for back ache and I was very sceptical when I booked my appointment. I take it all back, this guy is truly amazing and really knows his stuff!! I’ve been through numerous physio appointments both NHS and private who seemed to get me out of my pain but with no future hope of things improving. Aaron talked it all through with me and really helped me through the process of understanding what’s up with me and how we can go forward with managing it. Roll on getting better! 💪🏻

EDIT: 4 MONTHS LATER

4 months later, I’m almost fully recovered. If I had to put how my back is now on a scale of 1-10 I would say a strong 9. This may seem something small to others but I can now lie flat on my back without it hurting or the need to raise my knees to help the pain.
