Alan has been looking after our appliances, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher for the last 10 years. He's always quick to come out, fixes first time if he can, and is very reasonably priced. Never had any issues with his work, and his advice is usually spot on!! Always recommend him when asked for recommendations for appliance repair ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could give 10 stars…I would !!
Exemplary customer service, nothing too much trouble.
Alan is an absolute credit to himself and to the company.
A family run business who strive to deliver only the best customer service, and who go the extra mile… something nowadays sadly is not the epitome of every business.
This business no longer do gas oven repairs,
Alan’s response was not a “no”, he asked me for the appliance model number, and the issue I was having, identified the replacement parts I needed, passed all information onto someone he highly recommended who is gas registered , who will contact me to carry out my repairs.
Amazing Service… thank you so much .,If I could give 10 stars…I would !!

Alan is clearly very experienced in what he does. He was able to diagnose the fault on my washing machine, supply and fit the correct part and at a reasonable fee. I highly recommend.

Our Meile washer drier had a fault. Left a message for Alan and within 15 mins he had contacted me and arranged to come and fix the problem that afternoon. That afternoon within an hour the machine was fixed. His work and expertise is excellent. I will not hesitate in contacting him again over any domestic appliance faults which occur. Highly recommend this company
