I asked Adam to quote for some re-tiling and redecoration after a leak as well as some re-plastering work.

I was very pleased with the competitive quote and all the work undertaken. It was completed in a very timely manner.I would definitely recommend him and his team.

WORST EXPERIENCE

Terrible job, VERY RUDE, super UNPROFESSIONAL,
STAY AWAY from this roofer. we replaced our roof and shortly after started leak again.
we tried to him to come back to fix it for many month but never showed up.
Also he was very rude on the phone when we asked to come and fix(yelled at us and hang up)

At the end we had to ask somebody else to fix it as it was leaking very badly,
and they found out BIG HOLE in the roof and he didn't use the natural slate we paid for, he use cheap tiles.

I see some reviews says similar thing, this company will scam you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Leaking roof

After high winds had dislodged some of the roof tiles we suffered quite bad water ingress due to heavy rain. Adam and his team did a great job of replacing and ensuring the tiles were nailed down. He also identified a couple of other problems causing leakages which he rectified. The work was carried out efficiently and within days of first contact. I would definitely use the company again and would definitely recommend, in fact I have already recommended to a contact of mine.

Was great working with Adam at AJ Building contractors. Good price and completed the work within his mentioned time frame. I would definitely recommend this company as Adam is easy to communicate with and there is no silly add ons to the bill at the end of the job which through experience a lot of builders like to do. Great job buddy and will be in contact for any future projects.

Roof Replacement

Adam replaced our flat roof and did a great job. The cost was reasonable and he was easy to deal with. Any problems were ironed out quickly with no fuss.
