Would you ask your drivers who continually use the country roads in Great Casterton, to get to the A1, to adhere to the speed limit of 20mph between the 2 schools along Ryhall Road. It is a polite request and I would ask why lorries are coming along this road as it is not classified as an A or B road to get to and from the A1, when the A15 is probably more suitable.  I fully understand the pressure drivers are on and time constraints of getting from A to B, and I hold the local councils and police to account for allowing this. the speed bumps are there for a reason but many use them as launching pads.
