Very bad customer service. Have to phone to find out any information, to be told you’ve been forgotten about several times. Would not recommend as car issues are stressful enough already, don’t need this extra stress. Asked them a few times to drain diesel and was told it’d be no problem, told them the day it’s getting picked up by scrappy. Phoned to find out diesel wasn’t drained like I was promised and the car has been taken away.

Excellent advice from Roy. Problems with Rav 4 injectors. Tested all injectors at very reasonable price. Two faulty. Replaced at local garage and car now up and running.
