This fellow is excellent. I have used his services 3 times. The first was when I lived in the middle of nowhere and couldn't get a signal. He spent about 3 hours trying to fix the issue, but due to where I lived we were unable to get a transmission. He charged me nothing. Subsequently I have moved twice since then, and have called him out to fix issues which were dealt with professionally and very fairly priced. He's not an internet man and was unaware of these silly reviews.

A real old-school chap. I heartily recommend him.

Appalling service and rude workmen

Recently had an aerial installed and had terrible service. Unreliable (late for the job) and left the job half finished. Avoid at all costs!!!

Appalling After Sales Service

After having work done including the erection of a new aerial, the aerial blew out of alignment after a storm. Bad enough in itself but a poor short-term "fix" was then compounded by a complete failure to reply to any voice mails/emails/texts on when they would correct the problem.
For the sake of a £2 bracket and 15 minutes work, they have allowed their reputation to be trashed.
Unbelievable (but true!!!).
