I wrote this review back in July. Everything that gives Meet and Greet a bad name. My car was damaged, various attempts and never received a promised call back. Shocking.

One star is generous! Arrived back and followed the instructions as per email. 1. Man on the phone told me I was due back the following day, ‘I’m looking at your email now, says 26th’ I was looking as well. 2 Told me my car was now locked in a compound that was closed at 3pm. I repeatedly called and eventually got my car at 1130pm, my flight landed 915pm. Then, just to top it off there was a dent in my rear door, the comment was ‘that little thing?’ I was given a story about covering for a company that had gone bust. If that was the case why did my email from January have this companies mobile on it. Just shocking all round… totally lost confidence in meet and greet.

If you book with this company, it will receive a parking fine, £100 because they use a hotel parking near Heathrow

Missing items from car! I left my a bag with several items of gym equipment in the boot of my car on delivery. Upon collection, the bag was missing. I contacted the complaints team a week ago but have not received a response. Unfortunately, I'll have to escalate to my lawyer as the bag has not been returned or compensated. This is a significant inconvenience for me. I note that several other users have reported similar missing items. Please do not use this company if you do not want this to happen to you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Did not answer the phone last week while I was on my way to the airport. Rang twice more while at the airport. No answer and voicemail not working. I had to use a different parking company while I was there incurring additional costs. I emailed them 3 times and put in a support ticket to ask for a refund for this and an upcoming booking. They have ignored me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE

I recently used airside parking services, and I must say it was a hassle-free and secure experience. The convenience of parking close to the terminal made my journey so much smoother. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, guiding me through the process with a smile.

What impressed me the most was the high level of security. The well-lit parking area, surveillance cameras, and regular patrols gave me peace of mind knowing that my vehicle was in good hands. The streamlined online booking system also made reservation and payment a breeze.
