Travellers BEWARE!

Filled in form clipped to clipboard whilst on way to airport. This had details of return flight.
I made a mistake on this form - we were flying overnight & I had put the departure day/date rather than arrival day/date.
I sent a text to the driver THE NEXT DAY saying that I had made a mistake on the clipboard and included a photograph of a section of the email with return flight details. THESE WERE THE CORRECT DETAILS and the text was acknowledged by the driver.
He rang us at 3am on our last day whilst we were still in USA/fast asleep in bed and said that he was at Manchester waiting for us.
I pointed out that I had sent him a text with the correct flight details.
He again acknowledge that he’d had the text.
He did pick us up the following day but CHARGED US AN EXTRA £80 for this.
Unacceptable and unprofessional.
I repeat, I had sent a photo of a section of an email with correct flight details and he acknowledged it.
Customers beware!

Excellent servive

After doing the usual search for an airport taxi decided on these guys & am very glad I did. Excellent service, excellent price & lovely drivers. Would recommend to all & will not hesitate to use again.
