We have used this company for the first time this year during July 2022, and definitely will be using going forward. Excellent and friendly service. Good communication and driver's were always ontime, with stress free service. Thanks very much. Great to see a company in Milton Keynes giving such good service.

Failure to show

I'd used this company twice in the preceding weeks to get me to the airport for overseas business trips but this morning the taxi just failed to show and failed to answer his mobile 'phone.

The office wasn't answering 'phones at that time of the morning so I was just left completely in the lurch.

The initial management response was completely underwhelming and subsequent responses were increasingly dismissive and argumentative.

In short this company is good when in works but very, very bad when it doesn't (which in my case was in one in three occasions).

As I'll be travelling overseas weekly for up to a year I'd have probably persisted with this operator if the management response had been the least bit sympathetic but it wasn't so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

office responded within 15 mins but client had already left we accepted we was in the wrong and take full responsibility for this however it did not help that client booked a car for 04.45am for a flight departing at 06.20am knowing full well there is a recommended journey time of 1 hour 30 mins and the still check in and security to clear to do therefore left absolutely no margin for error I.E vehicle breakdowns or punctures or even traffic issues etc Client Never gave us an opportunity to resolve the issue As it turned out driver was taken seriously i'll during the night with us unfortunately being the last thing on his families mind....therefore was a little beyond our control.

Have used the company many times over the past few years and have always been very impressed with the high level of service received, but this year they above and beyond.

Whilst already on holiday I realised I had booked our collection from airport at the wrong time. I rang the office, thinking I would have to make other arrangements due to the short notice of realising my mistake. Management were more than happy to help, completely put my mind at ease and resolved my mistake. Very happy with service would highly recommend.
