Airport Taxi Hatfield

Booked a round trip to Heathrow. Going there was ok even though he was late. Card machine had 'broken' so had to pay in cash. Arranged where to pick us up on return, gave him all flight details. On our return I called when we had our bags as agreed and low and behold he'd forgotten! A little cash job that he'd tried to keep from his bosses me thinks. Told us he was on his way and would be 40 mins! Told him not to bother. You try to help local companies but do yourself a favour and just call someone else. We will next time. My partner has just started a new job which involves a lot of flying and she was going to use these guys for her airport drops/pickups....so they've missed out on that too. Maybe the 5 star reviews they have have come from family/friends!? Absolutely awful
