Fantastic service. Other reviews do not reflect

Great service. Trish was super helpful through the booking process, payment was easily made and prices were very reasonable. We flew to Marbella from Bristol (4 girls) in August and Martin our driver was there on time to pick us up on the way there and back. Service from him was great, very friendly and had a good laugh with us on the way back (even though we were a bit worse for wear from 4 days drinking). Overall fantastic company. Have booked for them to take us to Bristol again next week.

DO NOT USE !!!!!!

DO NOT USE
We will not use them again. You are better off walking to the airport then using these. They didn't pick us up to go to the airport and then when the driver dropped us off he told us to f--k off in front of a child and was more concerned about going home to bed.

Shambles

Do not use!! Left us stranded at Cardiff airport at 1am in the morning. We were told that we would not be picked up until 3am at the earliest. Had to pay £140 for alternative transport home. We had 4 children under 5 with us. Read the other reviews on facebook and they all say the same thing about thus company. Complete shambles! The bus we had for departure was probably not road worthy, had no trailer, and there we over 12 suitcases to fit on, and we were picked up 40 minutes later than agreed. Travel house, who we booked the holiday with, use this company for their transport to and from Cardiff airport. They should be embarrassed to associate themselves with Airport Flyer Neath.
