Do they even have a taxi

I have booked this company six times over the last month via minicabit, each time they have failed to show up. At this point I would say they don't exist, and certainly don't have any cabz. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Do NOT book with these!!

Booked through GetTransfer.com so had paid for both journeys, arrived at the airport with no taxi, called the firm after 30mins waiting, they answered and put the phone down! after calling 3 times after it just went to leave a message.
Not very professional and VERY unreliable!!!

Please use a different company. This one is not reliable.

Would not recommend you use this company.
Booked a taxi to get to the hospital after phoning 111. Due to the nature of the situation it was very important we were on time.
20 minutes after the booked time no taxi and no contact at all so we had no idea if the taxi was late or even coming. Tried phoning all the listed numbers to find out what happened but the number disconnected us before it could go through.
Made us late for the appointment and we had to quickly book with a different company who turned up within 2 minutes of calling them and was also much cheaper.

Very Sharp Practice Take money and don't turn up

Absolutely terrible service. Booked a car and paid in advance by card. Received an email confirmation of all the details etc. Then at the due time no car turned up.
Had to arrange alternative transport.
Upon checking my emails later I found a cancellation email sent at 3.08am
as the journey was booked for 6.30 I was fast asleep at the time of cancellation.
Tried ringing and goes straight to voicemail.
