Unreliable and cannot be depended on.

I had made and paid for a booking 48 hours before the service required. They sent an invoice stating waiting for confirmation. Thereafter no message came. Tried calling them several times on thier so called 24/7 phone no and no answer. Finally on the day of the service got through to the person who said he is confirming the service and sending the mail. Never did do anything. Finally when spoke to him again said he is unable to provide the service , which was after the passenger had arrived .
Really unreliable company . Would not use them again.
