Never let me down

This company doesn’t turn up to collect you at the airport despite charging up front totally unreliable and unprofessional do not use this firm.

Absolutely appalling service. Used to go to Ascot on 23rd June. Upon arrival the parking charge had not been put on the price of the coach so we had to do a wip round and find £120 or the driver would not bring us back home. On journey home the coach filled with exhaust fumes, everyone was panicking on the coach and the driver refused to stop until one of us stood up and demanded he pulled over as people were struggling to breath!! He accused us of abusing him, when we weren’t, he was not listening to us! He said if we wanted him to call a breakdown service we would have to sit on the side of dual carriageway for 3 hours, obviously we did not want to do that, we asked him to drop us off at the nearest train station so we could get home. Driver couldn’t have cared less and kept saying coach had backfired, but don’t understand why the inside of it would fill up with fumes like it did! 2 emails and 3 telephone messages left, and no reply! Will never recommend anyone to use this company!
