Avoid at all cost! Left my phone in the taxi on the way to the airport rang the driver and Richard ASAP to say I had left it before the next people got in.. said they would get in touch and never did! I rang back once arrived on my holiday to be told couldn’t find it. I was gutted, I knew it was there. I messaged the driver a d said exactly where it was and replied with couldn’t see it!! A day later I managed to track my iPhone and surprise surprise it was only at their branch!!!!! Either didn’t look properly or stole my phone. I finally managed to get it back once I rang and said it’s been tracked and pinpointed to that address!! Ruined the first two days of my holiday

Avoid Richard needs to give his drivers a lesson in common sense and treat them all to a satnav rather than a 1980’s Tom Tom we waited 5 hours at Birmingham airport with a 4 month old baby we received a voicemail from the driver telling us he is an hour away there was an accident on the m1 at 12am at 3pm the driver drove into the traffic? Very clever idea clearly a travel company and a professional driving service can’t update to decent satnavs or give there drivers traffic reports? For 5 hours we were told he was an hour away running out of baby milk and no shops around Richards suggestion was we got a train to Leeds at our cost and get picked up from there 2 children a baby and 4 cases to Leeds on a train? he offered nothing towards a birmingham taxi home as he can’t help traffic? yes you can you p5!ck plan ahead and look at the route you are about to take this is after the driver was knocking somebody up on the wrong road at 3 am cos his Tom Tom didn’t work

We have used this company before and have been very satisfied, unfortunately this time they let us down . Instead of a car a mini bus turned up to pick us up from the airport. I always request a car and have never been told there was a possibility it could be a minibus. The bus was cold and draughty, the driver tried to turn the heating up but it didn't work. It was a very uncomfortable ride home. Obviously a car is much more comfortable than a bus. Very disappointing when this company is much more expensive than others.

We travelled with airlink for this years family holiday . Richard took us on the way there and was very jovial considering it was early hours of the morning but he kept us well entertained. It didn’t seem to take 2 hours to get to Manchester. Ryan was our return driver and I must say he was very much like his dad. So glad we chose this family business. Many thanks to all. Would defo recommend.
