Aireside Taxis

Driver from Aireside who picks students up from Selby and takes them to college in Harrogate has been reported to the council and the firm. Owner of the firm won't take responsibility for his drivers dangerous driving by speeding because they are late. 35 to 40mph in a 30mph zone, 91mph on a 60mph road and 91mph on the A1 motorway. Driver calling my wife and harassing her due to me putting in a complaint about him to the council. As stated owner won't take responsibility so it will be going to the police. And I will go as far as taking the driver and the company to court.

Booked taxi for 07:45 Wednesday using app on Tuesday afternoon. Phoned on Tuesday afternoon to confirm booking was made as we needed to be on train at Steeton to connect to train to London.
Wednesday 07:44 I looked at the app to see taxi awaiting dispatch.
I called to query and was told "I was going to call you, as we don't have a driver available, but someone can come in about 20 minutes".
As we would have missed the train that was useless. We managed to wake neighbour and get a lift.
This is the 4th time time they have failed like this, each time asking for another chance and they will be better next time.
Sorry no more chances.
Rubbish service and no aplogies

Booked a taxi to go from crosshills to Keighley Friday afternoon at 14.10 called them again adout 14.35 it will be with you in 10mins called them at 15.10 an hour after booking it at 14.10 it's on its way?? Phoned them 10 mins later to cancel the taxi, don't know what is going on with the company? Is it new owners or closing down

Such a reliable taxi service, always use Aireside after a night out and I am never disappointed!! The drivers are always friendly and polite, with cheap rides, mostly quick service and good communication. Most recently I left my phone in the taxi when exiting, and the driver came to return it to me with no fuss and no extra cost. So impressed with the service would recommend to anyone, and will continue to stay faithful! Thank you Aireside x
