Aireborough Skip Hire

We've used Aireborough Skips many times over the past few months during house renovation and every time the service has been excellent, the delivery is prompt even on short notice requests, the team are very helpful and friendly.

Great service, extended period for skip and the cheapest in the region!

Just like to point out how easy the process was, with one short phone call the skip was arranged and delivered the very same day. Very prompt. Reasonably priced too. Nice guys to deal with, thank you for making things so straightforward! Will definitely have their number stored in my phone!

From start to finish a quality service

Delivered skip within a few hours of the request and at short notice. Decent price, driver was helpful and polite. All good.

But a problem with the collection - the skip was collected days before we'd finished with it - led to a phone call where they got defensive and quite angry. Checking whether or not the person who asks for the skip to be collected is the same person who actually hired the skip is apparently impossible for them to do when they have so many skips. So a skip we'd hired for seven days was gone within five, all because some random neighbour phoned them up without our permission.

To be fair to Aireborough they explained that because the skip appeared to be full (arguable!) they didn't see a problem collecting it, and they then offered to come and collect "a bag" of the remaining waste later that day.

So it's a mix of good and bad, really: quick delivery, reasonable cost, slightly dodgy collection process, somewhat aggro customer service but did try to resolve problem.
