Brilliant service. My mum had a tenant who had broken her key in the lock on a Saturday evening. Rang Roger very reasonable went straight away on his way home... all fixed. Will be using him again.

My door would not open so called Aire Valley Locksmiths and arranged for someone to come out. I was advised that there was a call out charge, though I have found out that not everyone charges this. The door was opened after being forced from the outside - I later found damage to my door where this had been done - chip marks on the side of the door. The lock was then changed even though I also found out later that this was not necessary as I have the police approved door handles on the door. The lock was very expensive. Whilst putting the door back together I was told that the mechanism may need replacing, again found out that this was not the case. How do I know this - I had to get someone else out as my door would not open 24 hours later. The 2nd locksmith said I did not need a new lock or mechanism - he took everything to bits and cleaned it out thoroughly and this was a quick and easy job. I am disappointed that I was misled when I trusted the advice I was being given.
