appaling service

would not recommend this garage if you expect at the least a modest level of customer service, I contacted them on a Friday for a repair to my car, they advised that they could do the repair on the Monday when they ordered the part.
Took the car to them Monday morning 9am, no problems all was well.....contacted them at 4:30 the same day only to be told they didnt have the part and couldnt do the job.....no hint of an apology or even an acceptable explanation....I lost a shift from work, no car for a day and all they have to say is....its just one of those things
