I was impressed with Simon from the first phone call. He understood what my requirements were straight away and listened to me. He suggested different options and even though I lived in Newbury in the south, was able to get to me within a couple of days to do a site survey and quotes, without any problem.The price was competitive and fair for the high quality of the units.Once I’d confirmed that I wanted to proceed, he organised a start date within a week.Holly, the office manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable.On the day Rob did an excellent job. He worked professionally, speedily and thoroughly. He was courteous and tidied up after himself.I now have a stylish high-quality unit, and mounted remote control, that blends in well, with my decor.I love that it’s cool in the summer and warm in the winter!It was so powerful when he turned it on.I have a health condition that’s worsened by heat, and I am so relieved that I don’t have to worry about the heat anymore when it comes.

Really cant fault Simon and his team in any way at all, it is so nice when a tradesman quotes, turns up and does the job, and does exactly what he says he will, super professional, clean, tidy and well installed job, very happy with all work completed. Would highly recommend.
