No need to go anywhere else......

I’ve had Phil out to do emergency repairs on three fridges/freezers and each time he’s shown excellent customer service, product knowledge and a genuine willingness to resolve my issues in a friendly, timely, professional manner. He’s also had the spare parts needed on board to complete the repairs without going off site - a real money saver. I feel I have no need to go elsewhere and I'm now looking to take on a maintenance contract with him to ensure my equipment is well looked after and kept in tip top condition. Service engineers like Phil are not easy to find and his contact details are firmly on my list of preferred suppliers. I just hope my review doesn’t make him too busy to come see me next time I need him, lol.
