Issue with Gears, quickly sorted

I was having real difficulty getting my Hyundi in gear and it was gradually getting worse. After a phone call, I took it along to Aintree Clutch & Gearbox who test drove it and tweeked the clutch cable and my gears operate smoothly now, so happy, only took 10 minutes. Staff friendly and professional, would defo reccomend.

"A top quality job at a difficult to beat cost"

The clutch on our 2007 mini cooper was slipping so bad we struggled to drive from Widnes to the garage at Aintree, but the prices we had quoted for replacement by 5 other local garages, was at least 30% more than quoted by Aintree Clutch and gearbox. We had been a little concerned that the difference in price may not have provided the same quality or service! We need not have worried, the car was delivered to them as agreed and the replacement clutch assembly and new clutch fluid pipe were fitted, and all in quick time. The guys at the garage were genuine, courteous and informative and the work was covered by a 2 year guarantee. This 16 year old car now drives as new. Thankyou !

Other places were ifs and maybes. Not here. Straight in. Diagnosed within the hour. Parts ordered and I was kept informed all the time of what was happening. Had my car two years and it's never drove so well. Thanks guys I really appreciate all the work you've done on my car 5*

I will never go back there again, staff very aggressive verbally, over the phone giving me a price and when I reached there to pick my car they asked for more money, very disappointed

Delighted with the helpful and professional advice and work carried out by this excellent company. They fitted a new clutch to my Fiat Ducato motorhome and the difference was amazing. Had to book 2 weeks in advance as they were very busy (always a good sign in my book) The quote was very reasonable and the manager and staff could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend Aintree Clutch and Gearboxes
