DO NOT USE! Absolutely awful service! I arranged an appraisal yesterday with Verity due to take place at 11am this morning. I sat outside the property for 10 minutes and nobody turned up. When I called their offices, they said they had been delayed and would be around 15 - 20 minutes. Had I not called, I would have been none the wiser.

I did not receive any kind of notification about the delay. They did not show any remorse or regret. All I can say is they are highly unprofessional and I would steer well clear of them. I can only imagine how they treat buyers and tenants if this is how they treat sellers and landlords!

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTING

I am badly stuck with this agent and with Paul. I bought this property with tenants in 2019, trusting Ainsworth lord estates. Due to some issues, they said they have to vacate the tenants, they have vacated the tenants.

Now the property has been empty since August 2020. I have been chasing them, but no updates. He keeps telling me that they must renovate, look for tenants, etc. I have agreed with everything that they told me, trusting them. I live far away from Blackburn and have trusted Paul and the team.

He said he talking to Govt team about leasing. It is been 1.5 years still my property is empty.

Paul doesn’t pick up my calls, doesn’t respond to my emails, and doesn’t respond to my messages.

I can provide all proof of all my emails/messages unanswered.

He is not giving me any updates, and now he has left for the holidays without giving me any updates.

DISGUSTING………How can he enjoy his holidays by giving pain to others?

Had a viewing last week with Christine, who’s an absolute super star. Everything was straightforward and she was very open and honest. This made viewing very easy and our decision on purchasing the property very simple. All the staff at this agency are so professional and very helpful

Christine is very knowledgable and gave me a lot of valuable advice .absolute pleasure to have met her and look forward to working with her on many more sales.

I have regular dealings with Tom who looks after my rental statements. He communicates well and is always there for queries I have etc. Cheers
