Good all round experience.

Good service all round, happy, would recommend. Hired a breaker, worked fine, reasonable price. Delivery was prompt, as was collection.

Not happy

I think AimHire should make sure their Machines are working before giving out for hire! Hired a compactor today and it wasn't working properly. Couldn't get it to start. And when it started it would work for a few seconds and go off again. I Had to call them to bring someone home to look at the machine. And when the Engineer came he proved that it wasn't due to our lack of DIY expertise but really the machine had a problem. He put some engine oil and fiddled with it but he himself couldn't get it to work perfectly. We went through an ARDUOUS task of the machine stopping just after starting it and we having to re-start every single second! That took more of our energy not to mention the actual compacting! We somehow got through it but not very happy. Aim Hire please service your machines and ensure they are in good working order before giving them to the customer!
